LBA Begins Search for New Borough to Host School League

Who is it for?

  • We split the genders having a female leagues and we also run male leagues
  • Age groups are U16 & U14
  • Public and private schools compete in the same league



  • View fixtures, results and table standing online
  • We film your school games
  • We interview your players, coaches and supporters (posted on social media)
  • Game highlights posted on social media
  • Mid season tournament where the winners move on to play in the ‘BATTLE of the BOROUGHS’
  • We stream your game live on the internet for friends and family to watch

Criteria for a borough to apply:

  1. Commit to the rules (which each school agrees to when entering)
  2. Great communication from the schools
  3. Borough Sports development Department (or the equivalent) to be involved (as a collaborative)
  4. Must use at least 1 qualified referee (which LBA can arrange)
  5. 2 court venue to run the Mid Season Tournament (Free)
  6. Team entry of £50 per team
  7. LBA to support the basketball ‘London Youths Game’ team
