Our Duty of Care Courses

Welcome to the ROC & Office Staff Training Portal

These pages provide the necessary training for all ROC (Referees, table Officials & Coaches) and office staff members to ensure they have the required skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively which allows us to safeguard our community in the best way.


The training is divided into three categories:

✅ ROC Mandatory Courses – Essential training courses required for all ROC staff to ensure compliance with organisational standards and regulations.
✅ Staff Mandatory Courses – Required courses for office-based team members, covering key skills and responsibilities in their roles.
✅ Optional Courses – A selection of additional courses for both ROC and office staff, allowing them to enhance their professional development according to their personal and career interests.

ROC Mandatory Courses

These courses are required for all ROC staff to make sure they are safe, follow the rules, and understand important topics like health and safety, legal duties, and work procedures.

Office Staff Mandatory Courses

These courses help office staff develop the skills needed for their roles. They cover safety, company policies, communication, and procedures to ensure a smooth, compliant workplace.

 

Optional Courses

These courses allow staff to improve their skills beyond the basics. Both ROC and office staff can take them to explore personal interests or advance professionally, offering flexibility and growth opportunities.
