Sales Operations & Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Project Manager who is passionate about Basketball and is keen on work for a noble cause. If you have some previous experience working in Project Management with sales experience, this is an excellent opportunity to get involved with us in a permanent and flexible full-time position. This role will directly impact the scalability of the company and the acceleration of Revenue Operation’s growth to help achieve its vision. Please note for the company is willing to provide for the right candidate a valuable support and mentoring.

 The role is based in our London office, however, the business you handle is worldwide and you will be responsible for managing LBA services on a commission basis.

  • Manage the Services we currently offer (which you can view on our website under the ‘services’ tab.
  • Attend events and meetings, collect relevant data from participants, and ensure articles are produced keeping everyone relevant in the loop
  • Making sure website is up to date (scores, schedule and literature)
  • Implement best practices and ensure high standards are maintained
  • Growth of the business
  • Put coaches in place at venues. This includes putting in place contracts on how we operate
  • Establish new collaborations through contacting organisations by phone and email
  • Ensure projects run smoothly and execute an annual schedule which is viable.
  • Manage people with LBA to achieve its goals by managing projects including business case documentation, analysis and execution of end-to-end processes for LBA sales initiatives
  • Handling any questions, queries or complaints from participants


  • Preferably background in Sports (ideally in Basketball)
  • Computer literate (or willing to learn with LBA training)

Salary: Competitive Basic Remuneration package, plus uncapped commission scheme Target-based incentives and frequent rewards. You will be managing a portfolio of sessions mainly in London but not, limited to. We have a great template to earn revenue. The Salary is negotiable and can be discussed further at the interview process if successful at the shortlisting. Please note we currently have several sessions for you to manage. It will be up to you to expand this once you are accustomed to the set up.


Please note:

  • You will have the opportunity do the services yourself (such as, coaching work) in order to earn more. As the manager, giving you free movement and decision-making, you will be the first to decide whether or not you want to coach the sessions.
  • There is plenty of scope to expand the number of sessions. This can be discussed further face-to-face.
  • We sometimes receive requests to provide people for events (e.g. TV adverts), which you would also handle and take a percentage of the profits for.
